About the name
“Triangle Breathwork”
I chose the name Triangle breathwork to convey multiple meanings. At the simplest level, it refers to my home in the Reasearch Triangle of North Carolina.
Secondly, it refers to the three phases of healthy breathing, which is an inhalation, followed by an exhalation, followed by a natural pause.
And finally, it refers to how breathing influences the mind, body, and spirit.
